• Turnaround Time: Requests are processed in accordance with Florida Statutes. By utilizing our email-based tracking system, we maximize our efficiency to return your completed certificate as quickly as possible.

• Payment & Fees: Instructions for the estoppel fee payment will be provided upon receipt of your request. All fees must be settled before the final certificate is released.
